Beating inside this timepiece is the legendary Jaeger-LeCoultre Calibre 900 automatic movement (operating at 28,800 vph, featuring 32 jewels and a date function). This caliber is a true marvel of Haute Horlogerie engineering:
Ultra-thin construction: At the time of its introduction, it was one of the thinnest automatic movements in the world with a full-size rotor (measuring just 3.25 mm in thickness).
