Our exclusive 12 months warranty

As we are not an authorized dealer of the watch brands we offer, the timepieces that doesn't have official online registered warranty are covered by our own exclusive 12-month warranty. This warranty applies solely to the watch movement and covers mechanical faults or failures that occur under normal use. This warranty is applicable only to watches that are sold as brand new. Warranty card will be filled with purchase date and our stamp.

This warranty does not extend to:

  • Quartz movement batteries;

  • Rotating bezel mechanisms;

  • Crystals;

  • Gaskets;

  • Leather, nylon straps or stainless-steel bracelets.

Damage resulting from improper use, moisture exposure (unless the watch is specifically rated for such conditions), impacts, or unauthorized repairs is not covered.

For any warranty inquiries or service requests, please contact us directly. Returns are paid by customer. If watch was defective we will provide: same watch or different model watch upon your request or full refund.

Returning Goods

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. For return address please contact us directly. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend to use tracked and insured shipping.
